Becky Vance

President / Chief Operating Officer

I have been employed with Emprint since 1986 and have more than 30 years of progressive experience in the commercial printing and graphics industry. Beginning in sales, I learned the industry thoroughly and eventually rose up through the ranks to become President and Chief Operating Officer of Emprint. Much of my time is devoted to the day to day operations, but I have never lost touch with, and am actively a part of, the sales side of the business. I pride myself on my ability to multitask, moving seamlessly from production issues, finance issues, to technological challenges, and the marketing of DigiDoc services.

During my tenure at Emprint I have seen enormous change in our industry. I have played an integral part in the move from offset printing to digital printing and now to electronic document management. Today we are a modern, web-to-print operation with over 70% of our business being handled by web-enabled transactions.

Courtney Westbrook

Chief Executive Officer

After spending several years pursuing a music career in my early 20’s, I had the privilege of joining Vetter Communications Company (Radio and TV Broadcasting) where I served in positions that included Business Manager in my early career, Executive VP and ultimately the role of President General Manager, spanning over an 18 year period. The experience that I gained in this role ultimately benefited me in my future business endeavors, and I owe a lot to the owner of Vetter Communications for taking me “under his wing”. The contacts I made in the community, banking, and vendor relationships have been instrumental and carried over to my current role. I joined the Emprint team as President in 1994 with the dream of owning my own company. What I found was a tremendous, energetic, and capable leadership team at Emprint. Since the acquisition of the company in November 2001, I have worked with an amazing leadership team to develop and reinvent Emprint into the modern, technologically driven company that it has become today. As an active member of the team, I am considering that we have just begun!

Kimberly Crespo

Vice President of Corporate Sales

When you’ve been in the same industry for 25 years, you tend to pick up a lot of knowledge. As Emprint's National Accounts Executive, I deal mainly with large, corporate clients located throughout the country. I use my experience to help form working partnerships between Emprint and our corporate clients. Because we create strong, lasting relations with these clients, we are able to configure our technology and processes for their specific needs. It is the understanding that every customer has unique needs that must be identified and met that has driven both my own and Emprint's success.

Neill Cato

Chief Information Officer

I joined Emprint in 1990, and was charged with modernizing prepress functions with computer technology. I left the company in early 2001 to work with an IT services company as a principal and returned to Emprint in late 2006 as the Chief Information Officer and have served in that capacity since.

I’ve watched Emprint and DigiDoc evolve and grow for many years. My hope is that I have left a positive mark in the areas I’m responsible for. I am very proud of our technical teams, and the amazing work they do, past and present. If pressed for the most important thing I’ve contributed, I’d tell you it’s simply having the opportunity to work with such intelligent, dedicated and talented people.

Outside of the company I enjoy playing music and traveling. I like helping people, trying/learning new things, and having fun.

The leadership and overall direction of Emprint inspires me. I’ve witnessed a consistent dedication to excellence over many years. The result is a fantastic energy and integrity day-to-day in how we operate. I’m grateful to be involved.
